Southern Landings Golf Club course accommodates players of all skill levels. The course features six sets of tees, with a total distance that can range between 4,400 and 7,000 yards with a comfortable 6,284 in between. The TIF Eagle greens, rebuilt in 2005, have matured into the kind of "greens the pros" play with consistent 10 STIMP readings and quicker for tournaments. Our membership boasts a large number of "single-digit" golfers, but players can always find a friendly group to join and match handicaps.

It is expected that golfers will choose to dress in a fashion befitting the surroundings and atmosphere provided in the setting of the club. This applies not only for golfing attire, but also for attending functions in the Clubhouse. It is also expected that members will advise their guests of the dress requirements. Gentlemen and ladies are requested to dress in a fashion compatible with the appropriate occasion. Shirts and shoes must be always worn when in club facilities, other than at the swimming facility. No swimsuits will be allowed in the clubhouse.
All members and guests are required to comply with the following dress code guidelines while on the golf course premises:
Collared Shirts:• All individuals, including members and guests, must wear a collared shirt at all times during play or practice sessions.
• Collared shirts contribute to a traditional and appropriate golfing attire.
Footwear:
• Proper golf shoes with soft spikes or spikeless golf shoes are recommended.
• Alternatively, clean and appropriate athletic shoes or golf sandals may be permitted, but no boots or metal spike shoes are allowed.
Additional Guidelines:
• Clothing should be clean, neat, and in good condition.
• Offensive or inappropriate attire, including clothing with offensive language or imagery, is strictly prohibited.
• Members and guests are expected to dress in a manner that reflects the traditions and standards of the golfing community.
This dress code is mandatory for all members and guests. Please check the golf shop and Golf Professional before starting play if there are any questions.

GOLF CART GENERAL RULES
1. Each operator of a club provided golf cart must be a minimum of 16 years old and have a valid automobile driver’s license.
2. Operation of a golf cart is at the risk of the operator. Cost of repair to a club golf cart which is damaged by a member/guest will be charged to the member or, in the case of damage by a guest, to the guest. Golfers using a club golf cart will be held fully responsible for any and all damages other than fair wear and tear to the course, to club property and to the golf cart, that are caused by the misuse of the golf provided cart by the golfers or their guests, and the golfers shall reimburse the club for any and all damages the club may sustain by reason of misuse.
3. Golf carts provided by the club shall not be used by anyone on the property of the club without proper cart assignment and registration in the pro shop.
4. Club provided golf carts may not be used off the golf course.
5. Club provided golf carts must be promptly returned to the staging area after completion of the round.
6. No more than two (2) carts per foursome.
7. Obey all golf cart traffic signs.
8. Golf carts are not permitted on any tee area and within 35 yards of all greens.
9. Always use golf cart paths where provided, especially near tees and greens. Use the 90 degree rule and cross fairways only at right angles, following each tee shot.
10. Golf carts are to be operated on golf cart paths only on all Par 3 holes, hole #14 & #16.
11. Except on cart paths, do not drive a golf cart within 35 yards of a tee or a green.
**Golfers who qualify for a handicap flag or use a personal cart, please see the pro shop. We have a waiver that you can sign. Handicap flag golfers will have a golf course boundary setup with necessary accommodations on the GPS system.

First and foremost we ask that you please Play Ready Golf and keep up with the group ahead. It is the player’s responsibility to do whatever necessary to assure our Pace of Play Policy is observed. If it is determined a hole or more is open ahead of you as a result of slow play Southern Landings Golf Club reserves the right to require you or your group to skip a hole without refund. It is necessary to enforce this Pace of Play Policy in order to provide the golfing experience all customers deserve and have come to expect.

Cooler months, we can expect some frost delays in the mornings.
We understand that this delay may inconvenience your plans, and we apologize for any disruption. However, safety and course conditions are of utmost importance to us, and this delay is necessary to protect the turf and ensure the best possible golf experience.
Members and guests should know that when play starts after a frost delay, we go in order of tee times. -
As valued guests of our golf club, we understand the significance of having a smooth and efficient tee time reservation process. We kindly remind you to make tee time reservations in advance through our online booking system or by calling the pro shop at 478-923-5222. By doing so, you help us manage the flow of golfers and provide the best experience for everyone.
Tee Time Day of Check–In Policy:
All members and guests are required to check – in with the golf shop prior to beginning play.Tee Time Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled tee time or have a different number of golfers than originally booked, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your reservation with at least a 24-hour notice. This will allow us to adjust our tee sheet and extend the opportunity to other golfers for that time slot.
Tee Time No-Show Policy:
It is very important to manage your time(s) effectively. Whether you have one or multiple times, whether the time(s) were made over the phone, through our online tee sheet, or are standing time(s), it is imperative to call the pro shop at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tee time if your number of players changes or if you need to cancel one or all of your times. Failure to effectively manage your tee time(s) may result in loss of time(s) and a no–show fee.
Online reservations: Online reservations can be rescheduled, or a full rain check issued. No refunds, reschedules or rainchecks when cancelled within 24hrs.Please note: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Our primary aim is to strike a balance between understanding our patrons' needs and maintaining a fair system for all golfers. If you are aware that you cannot make your tee time, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible. Whether it's due to unexpected circumstances or any other reason, communicating with us promptly will enable us to reorganize the tee time schedule effectively.
